OUR PHILOSOPHY
All human beings are born with the potential to succeed. Just look at babies. Each of them will never give up their natural effort to try to walk and talk. No matter how many times they failed, most of them will keep on trying until they master it. This shows that all of us actually have all what it takes to become successful in our undertakings.
Unfortunately, this natural drive may not be persistent throughout ones’ life. Subsequent life experiences affect the level of motivation. Thus, the drive to pursue personal ambition may differ from one to another as the person grows. Parents and teachers are hoping that their loved ones succeed. Yet, some students may find it difficult to meet such high expectations.
However, it is possible to gain this. By instilling the clear purpose of life and positive attitudes, the innate desire to achieve success can be ignited. Students shall be reminded that they are in full control of their future and they should start working towards it by first changing their attitude. With this concept in mind, KRiM strives to play a supporting role to ensure your loved ones unleash their hidden power to move towards success.

OUR COMPANY BACKGROUND
KRiM is a registered enterprise established in 2004. The company was founded by Razi Mahmood, a graduate of Cardiff Business School, one of the top business schools in The United Kingdom.
Mr Mahmood was the best student for Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman (STAR), Ipoh in Malaysian Certificate of Education (MCE) 1992 Examination and also among the best top five students for Mara College, Banting in International Baccalaureate Diploma 1995 Examination.
It was in that college that Mr Mahmood developed the passion to inspire people towards success. Being the President of Tuition Service Club, he gathered his fellow friends to frequently visit schools nearby and conducted English and Mathematics Tuition for students voluntarily. In some other occasions, the club also participated in organizing motivational camps.
During his employment as an executive for a civil engineering consultant company that is based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, he often came across with college students who sometimes were confused or losing focus in their studies. It is unproductive to the society when these young generations could not clearly see the peak that they are climbing towards and the responsibilities that they have been entrusted with.
Fellow dedicated friends who were mostly graduated from United Kingdom also shared the same concern and following this, they formed KRiM with the aim of providing supplementary support to remedy this. The name “KRiM” was derived from the English saying “Cream of the cream” which means the best among the best.
KRiM was founded with a vision to have a young dynamic generation that is capable of leading the country towards achieving vision 2020 with a firm believe in the principles of Rukunegara. To achieve this, KRiM has put forward its mission to provide guidance to college students to become successful in their study as well as their life.
